The Highway Safety Products message board model 96L3 has been manufactured with a fully welded steel frame to provide exceptional performance with extreme durability. The display is a full matrix display board with long lasting, energy efficient LEDs mounted on a rotatable hydraulic lift. Batteries are charged by the on-board solar charging system via the 120 watt solar panels. The welded steel frame features a durable powder coat finish. Made in the USA.
The 96L3 control panel has an on-board computer allowing you to edit and create messages easily without the need for an external computer or laptop. It is capable of multiple page messages controllable in 1/4 second increments. The display can project both 12 inch and 18 inch characters as well as graphic symbols. There is storage for up to 100 user created messages as well as 250 pre-programmed messages. Featuring a full, QWERTY keyboard for easy entry.
Control Console
The batteries and hydraulic pump are housed in a vandal resistant, lockable steel box. The hydraulic lift allows for single person deployment and operation.
Four Stabilizer jacks are included on extendable outriggers allowing the operator to easily level the trailer and increase the trailer’s footprint for stability.
The full matrix display can display text or symbols and is protected by UV Polycarbonate.
